Effective 2026-09-17. The Weighted Gradebook (shop.keshbusinesshub.com/gradebook) is operated by Kesh Business Hub LLC ("we").
What we collect. When you visit, our site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and records page visits and actions such as starting checkout, so we can measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. When you buy, our checkout provider processes your name, email, payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; we receive your name, email and order details to deliver your purchase and support you.
How we use it. To deliver products, provide support, measure advertising, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings. To access or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@keshbusinesshub.com.

Terms of sale and use
Products are digital files, licensed to you under the tier you bought. The full wording for your tier is in the LICENSE.txt included with your download, and it governs. In outline: Personal covers one teacher using it for their own classes or their own business's internal use. Commercial adds use in your own paid work, including tutoring and private practice, with your own clients and students, and lets you hand a completed, filled-in copy to an individual client or student as part of that work. Grade team covers every teacher in one department or grade team at a single school, and lets you share copies within that department; another department or another school needs its own licence. No tier permits you to resell, sublicense, upload, publish or otherwise redistribute the blank template or a modified version of it, or to claim it as your own. Templates are provided "as is"; you are responsible for the data you enter and for decisions you make with it. This organises your records and calculates from the weights and boundaries you enter. It is not advice on grading policy — follow your school's or district's rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Refund policy
Digital download, delivered instantly. If it is not right for you, email hello@keshbusinesshub.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds are issued by our checkout provider and usually reach your card within 5 to 10 business days.
